Kelsey Harris

Kelsey has experience working with small businesses and non-profit organizations to develop donor stewardship strategies and bridge gaps created by growth. Kelsey has spent over eight years in finance and development with expertise in project management, strategy implementation, and leadership development.  In addition to serving as Chief of Staff for Innovative Thought, Kelsey serves as the Campaign Manager for a university athletics foundation and previously served as a Senior Manager of Major Gifts within a large nonprofit managing a $6 million portfolio. Kelsey earned her BA at Penn State University and her MBA at the University of Louisville.

Kelsey is a former collegiate athlete who played rugby for Penn State University where she won three national championships having captained two consecutive years. Kelsey remains active in the rugby community through organizing youth rugby in Kentucky and is the current Assistant Coach for the University of Louisville Men’s Rugby team. Kelsey lives in Louisville, KY with her husband, son, and Kevin the Dog.
