Kathy is a strategy leader with expertise in business, innovation, and branding strategy for consumer-focused businesses having worked within and with both Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial companies for over 25 years. Throughout her career Kathy’s been a direct partner to C-suite leaders and often serves as a strategic partner to clients helping to progress their businesses and organizations forward. Kathy graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Commerce and has an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Kathy is an executive and life/work coach partnering with executives on sharpening their leadership practices and navigating career inflection points. Kathy has been a guest lecturer at the business schools of Berkeley-Haas School of Business, University of San Francisco, Duke University, and the University of Colorado.
She is the founder of Sustainable Ambition and the host of The Sustainable Ambition Podcast. She has a book in development for professionals seeking to better integrate life and work and pursue their ambitions in a sustainable way.
Kathy is a former endurance athlete, having competed in triathlons and marathons, as well as having hiked the Colorado Trail and climbed Mt. Shasta. Today Kathy lives in San Francisco with her husband and the fog.
